With the release of XC-Host Version 3 in the next two months I figure it is time to address the situation.. To or not to keep the forums..
If anyone ever wants help they just either instant message me or send in a support request. So in my eyes the forums aren’t really useful. But I want your thoughts on it as well!

The final transfers are beginning now. I won’t do any more updates because they wont be reflected on the new server!

The first wave of transfers are complete. If you have custom name servers please change the ips to:
ns1: 66.71.248.178
ns2: 66.71.248.179
Once your done instant message or email me and I will update it on the new server.
2nd and final wave will start when I get home in about 20 minutes.
Finally after hours of troubleshooting it looks like the brute force protection was the cause of the blockage. It’s been turned off now and account transfers have already begun.
The first wave of account transfers have begun so anyone waiting for the last wave feel free to make updates or keep your forums online
Now for me it is time for lunch!

Just got the information about 10 minutes ago. cPanel is setting up right now so I am blogging to tell you it’s up and the name server ips are:
66.71.248.178
and
66.71.248.179
I will try to start the transfers tonight but most likely all transfers will begin sometime around 9am today. Transfers have been delayed… I keep getting this weird error message. Awaiting a response from a support ticket I put in @ cPanel.net
Just contacted my hosting company and there were some ram issues with the new server. Apparently cPanel kept timing out. So they had to replace the ram. cPanel is installing right now so in about an hour it will be up!
On a side note to Peter: I’ll fix the logout issue soon, since I have some spare time now.. EDIT: It’s tested and fixed!
Got one of the special deals emails from the company that hosts my server today and as I always do I took a look. Found that they had some really good deals ones that actually save me money and are 2x+ faster the current setup. Sooo.. I ordered one!
Our current server’s specs are:
Intel Xeon CPU @ 3GHZ x4 (4 cores)
4GB of RAM
2 x 250GB SATA Hard Drives. One for websites and the other for backups.
1.5TB of Bandwidth on a 100mb Port per month.
Cent OS 5 and cPanel 11 with Fantastico.

Intel core2Quad Q9400 2.66Ghz
8GB of RAM
2 x 500GB SATAII Hard Drives. One for websites and the other for Backups just like before.
2TB Premium Bandwidth on a 100mb Port per Month.
Cent OS 5 and cPanel 11 with Fantastico.
I will begin transfers today. Don’t fret though. If you have more stuff to do on your website I can transfer you last.. The name servers will change once all accounts are transferred and you won’t have to do anything to your website. If you have custom name servers; I will post the new ips once I get them.
All accounts will be transferred by alphabetical order. Estimated completion is Saturday, December 13th @ 12 or 1am or earlier..
Normally I would give a longer period of time for this but my next bill is the 15th and I need to get this done before then so I won’t have to pay it. I asked the owner about this and he couldn’t do anything for me..
